What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a gentle group experience that can help you look at patterns in your family and relationships from a fresh perspective.

Sometimes we carry feelings, behaviours, or relationship patterns that seem difficult to understand or change. Family Constellations offers a way to explore these patterns and gain a deeper understanding of what may be happening beneath the surface.

In a session, people can explore a personal issue or family situation with the support of the group. Other participants may take on the role of family members or important people in the situation, helping to bring different perspectives and insights into view.

You don’t need to know anything about Family Constellations beforehand, and you don’t have to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing. Simply being part of the group can be a meaningful experience.

Together, we create a safe, respectful and supportive space where new perspectives can emerge, understanding can deepen, and meaningful shifts can begin.
