Some patterns don't make sense on their own terms. The relationship that repeats. The success you sabotage right before it lands. The anxiety that spikes around a certain person, place or time of year, with no clear reason why.

Sometimes what we are carrying isn't only ours. Family systems research (and centuries of ancestral healing traditions before it) point to the same thing: unresolved experience in one generation can surface as an unexplained pattern in the next, held in the body rather than the story.

Discover how family constellations can help you heal patterns and generational traumas.

Join us for a day to release ancestral energy entanglements and move towards healing and growth.

Family or Systemic constellations is a therapeutic approach that attempts to reveal unrecognized dynamics that spans multiple generations in a family and to resolve its effects by encouraging the subject, through representatives, to encounter the past, accept and heal.

We explore what is behind a specific issue in your life.

Some of the struggles and traumas are related to unseen entanglements from our ancestors and systems.

In this workshop there will only be enough time for some individual constellations (working with your specific topic inside of the workshop).

There will also be group exercises so everyone will experiment and receive, as well as the possibility to be a representative in a constellation movement.

The shift that takes place and flows from each individual constellation benefits everyone that is part of the group as well as their ancestors and the generations to come.

All welcome. No previous experience is necessary - all you need is an open mind & heart.

Location: The Life Centre, 90 Jervois Road, Ponsonby, Auckland

What previous attendees say:

"I can’t thank you enough for the work you do. The session was extremely profound for me. I was drawn to it not really knowing, or understanding, what constellations were all about. I left totally amazed by what happened and with so many questions in my head. Mainly questions about how the energy knew my ancestral past. I am not one to over think so decided to just let things ride out. What I have found is that the invisible chains around my heart have been removed. What a wonderful feeling to have. I am looking forward to seeing what is to come for me. For anyone with continual, unhelpful, habits I wish for them to find your work. Wouldn’t the world be a nicer place for everyone if they could have the life they wish for? Thank you for holding space for us and thank you for the changes you have brought to my life. Much love.” - Linda Thompson

"I had my first family constellation with Brian and I can't even put it into words what I have felt there! It was so powerful, lots of tears and lot of healing happened there! At the beginning, I thought we are going to be there the whole night, because I just didn't feel anything, not even a small sign of a emotions. When suddenly, something happened, I just started to feel this compassion, acceptance and all other emotions I never felt before. I think it was a shocking moment not just for me, but for everyone else. After this session, so many things changed, I will just name a few of them - when I came home my chronic bloating was gone, I couldn't believe it, my relationships got better etc.It was the best last minute decision I have made by the end of the year 2023!I can't wait for the next family constellations with Brian!" - Linda Adamikova

"I loved being part of this ancestral healing workshop. I didn't know quite what to expect when I signed up but the experience was absolutely fascinating and I got so much from being part of peoples healing journeys and witnessing them work through a range of different issues through the process. If you haven't experienced an ancestral healing circle before, I really recommend you attend and find out how powerful this experience is. It's like nothing I've been part of before. Brian held the space amazingly and I felt safe and comfortable the whole day and really connected with everyone who attended. Thank you Brian for this opportunity, I look forward to coming to more circles!" - Lucy Tofield

"Thank you for holding space and offering this powerful healing modality. I had heard that it was amazing and I got to experience it first hand at your last family constellation evening on Tuesday. I loved every moment of the evening, before we even started I could feel the energies and how magical it was going to be. I was captivated by the unfolding of the events and energies and all held beautifully by your supportive, calm and loving facilitation. You could see the difference in people’s energy at the end!! I woke the next morning with a very obvious lightness of mind and body - and I wasn’t even the main person chosen for the evening. It reinforced for me how when we come together in community we can create healing magic for all. I can’t wait to join the next one and have recommended it to many people already." - Jane Dobson
