Understand and shift how family and ancestral dynamics contribute to your health or illness

We are body, mind and spirit, connected. It is not true that when we are sick, it is only our bodies that are ill. Many illnesses and diseases are actually held in place by entanglements on an emotional, psychological or spiritual level. Illnesses are often the result of unconscious loyalties to traumas in earlier generations of our families, or of our cultures.

In a holistic approach to healing, we see that the crucial life energy needed for optimal health can be locked in these entanglements, keeping us from full health until this level of involvement is addressed. Family constellations are one powerful way to address these unconscious patterns. This workshop will provide an overview of what family and systemic constellations are, give each participant a chance to learn about dynamics in their family, and offer an opportunity to receive a constellation about one’s own health or family-related question.

We will meet at Dr. Hopkins’ farm, either outside or in her new tepee made for this kind of work. Please bring a small lunch for yourself; there will be a ½ hour break around lunchtime.
