Description
Get ready to kick up your heels and dance the night away at our annual Family Dance! This free event is perfect for families with children up to 10 years old, but everyone is welcome to join in the fun. Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Featuring the toe-tapping tunes of the Mucky Duck Bush Band, this is an evening of wholesome, free family entertainment that you won't want to miss.
But that's not all! In addition to the great music, we've got a free photobooth, plus free food and a voucher for every adult to have a hot cuppa to keep you fuelled up and ready to dance.
This is an all-abilities dance, so everyone can get involved and have a great time. It's a fantastic opportunity to connect with your friends, neighbours, and community in a fun and inclusive way. So, gather your loved ones and get ready for a night of dancing and laughter.

FAQs
- What free food will be available?
Plenty! Menu is still being finalised. Dietary requirements will be catered for as per information provided when you book your ticket. Additional food can be purchased from "A Place of Space", our lovely coffee van (See their Instagram for more information).
- What drinks will be available when using the free vouchers?
Teas, coffees, decaf coffee, mocha, and hot chocolate. Any cup of 12oz cuppa on our menu including alternative milks, flavoured syrups and or extra shots. Additional hot drinks can be purchased. Free water and cups will also be available in the hall during the event to stay hydrated.
- Can I bring alcohol to the event?
This is strictly an alcohol-free event.
- Can my younger / older children attend this event?
Yes, all children are welcome. This event is for families with children. Four to 10 years olds will get the most from this event, but younger and older children can attend with their parents.
- Is this event disability accessible?
This is an all-abilities dance, so everyone can get involved and have a great time. The venue is accessible; there is accessible parking (ACROD) and accessible toilets.
- Tell me more about Mucky Duck Bush Band.
The Mucky Duck Bush Band, often called Mucky Duck, is a Western Australian Australian folk and country music band or bush band formed in 1973 and still active today, in Perth and Western Australia. The band was founded by Stan Hastings, who ran the folk club The Stables in Northbridge, and his son Greg Hastings.
