Join us for a fun filled day of FREE activities for kids! Explore and play in our aerial hammocks with the support of our experienced teachers, have fun with our variety of kids friendly activities and win some great prizes in our Dome obstacle course!

The intention for this family day is to introduce kids to Aerial and movement practices in a fun and interactive way.

To embrace children’s individuality and hold space for all kids, welcoming and supporting those in the neurodivergent community. ALL are welcome here. To inspire kids with healthy practices paving the way for a life long path of healthy movement and wellness.

ACTIVITIES:

• 15 minute Aerial Class sessions

• Obstacle Course (win prizes!)

• Aerial Games with Prizes

• Activity Station: Coloring, word searches, matching games, guessing games & more.

• Kids Sensory Station with Mother Earth Nature Lab (ages 1-4)

• Free Healthy Smoothie Samples: Guess the secret Vegetable to win a prize!

• Food Art creation: Make fruit & Veggie faces or flowers (Eat the creations after)

• Mindfulness in Motion, relax sessions for kids and adults in the hammock!

• Trilogy Youth Aerial Performances

• Story Time & Book trade: Bring a book, take a book!

• Talk: Support neurodevelopment and emotion regulation holistically

SKY DECK
1pm-2:30pm Free 15 minute class sessions for kids aged 3-6
2:30pm-4pm Free 15 minute class sessions for kids aged 6-12

1pm-2:30pm Obstacle Course & Aerial Games WIN PRIZES!
2:30pm-3pm Free Play for Kids (supervised by our teachers) Adult mini stretch sessions.
3pm -3.30 pm Mindfulness in Motion: Mommy/Daddy & Me mini relax sessions in the hammock with relaxing music
3:30pm Aerial Performances by Trilogy students (age 7-11)

ACTIVITY ZONE
