Let your creativity shine these school holidays!

Come along for a relaxed and family-friendly pottery painting experience where you can choose your own ceramic plate or mug and transform it into something completely unique.

Using colourful underglazes, you'll have the freedom to paint, pattern and decorate your pottery piece with your own artistic flair. Whether you love bold colours, nature-inspired designs, quirky characters or simple patterns, there are no rules just let your imagination lead the way!

Once you've finished your masterpiece, I'll carefully clear glaze and glaze-fire your piece, transforming your artwork into a durable, functional piece of pottery that you can keep, display and use.

Finished pieces will be ready for collection approximately 2 weeks after the workshop.

Perfect for families

No previous pottery or painting experience is needed. Children and adults can work alongside each other, making this a lovely school holiday activity, family experience or creative date with your little artist. Children must have an adult accompanying them.

Come along, slow down, get creative and make something that tells a little story about you!

Caring for your finished pottery

Your piece will be glazed and fired for you, but because it is handmade pottery:

• Handwashing is recommended to help preserve your artwork.

• Avoid sudden temperature changes.

• Treat your piece with care — handmade ceramics can still chip or break if dropped.

• Your finished piece is intended for normal food and drink use once correctly glazed and fired.

A little pottery disclaimer

Ceramics are a natural, handmade process and occasionally pieces can crack, warp, glaze unexpectedly or sustain damage during drying, glazing or kiln firing. While this is uncommon, these processes are outside our complete control.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the workshop, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with handmade ceramics. Every piece will be handled with care, but we cannot guarantee that a piece will survive the firing process or accept responsibility for damage that may occur during firing.
