Join us the following morning for a beautiful Yoga Masterclass hosted by Lauren Cuthbert with Live Music by Josh Lovegrove.

In this 1.5 hour Music and Movement experience, we return to the connective energy between us and that is always there - through connective partner and group yoga asana, intuitive movement, healing sounds, meditation,
and safe, gentle, loving self touch.
A special workshop to step you out of the wildness of your mind,
tap you back into your heart,
bring awareness into your body
and experience a deeper connection to yourself, to nature and to one another.
