C2S Adults & Kids Sunrise Breathwork Flow

Date: Sunday, February 16th

Time: 5:30AM

Location: Malabar Beach

Hey fam! 🌞

Join us for a relaxing morning of connection and wellness at Malabar Beach with a unique blend of breathwork, movement, journaling, and gentle meditation. It’s a perfect opportunity to unwind and connect with your little ones! Adults will have the chance to guide their kids in helping to create our altar, as well as leading them through simple breathing sequences, movement, and meditation. Bring your kids along, or come solo — either way, we’d love to have you with us for this beautiful morning together!

Schedule:

5:20AM: Meet at Malabar Beach and join us on the sand.
5:30AM: Our beautiful facilitator Oda will lead us in some gentle movement to start followed by sitting together in nature, breathing mindfully, and setting some intentions. Tara, a skilled breathwork facilitator, and Alycia, a certified Reiki master, will guide us through a simple breathwork flow. Then take some time to reflect and write or sit/ lay in meditation. Journaling can help to clear any blockages and can be used as a fun way to script out the life you want to live, giving you clarity and intention.
7:00AM: To wrap up, we'll have a bbq cooking for those who would like to join us! Pls let us know numbers so we can make sure we have enough to go around.

Adults will also guide their kids in helping to create our altar, leading them through the breathwork, simple movement, and meditation, fostering mindfulness and connection as a family.

After the session, feel free to take a refreshing dip in the ocean to cleanse and reset your spirit.
