What is Family and Systemic Constellation?

It is a group process that can generate a possibility to shift generations of suffering and unhappiness. Bert Hellinger, the founder of this work studied and treated families for more than 50 years, observed that many of us unconsciously "take on" destructive family patterns of trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, guilt, loneness, addictions and even illness as a way of "belonging" to our families.

Through an alive and sensorial movement of your Constellation, gently, step-by-step you are able to take a look and observe the unconscious entanglements, and when possible and available for the client, to take a new step towards a new and freeing resolution. Constellations may offer a chance to break these patterns so that the client can live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life. In an insightful moment, a new life course can be set in motion, the impact of a Constellation can be life changing.
