This workshop is designed for parents and children aged 4 to 12 years old.

In a departure from our usual Flow & Grow workshops, which focus on one-on-one connection between one caregiver and one child, this all family yoga session invites parents to attend with all their children, which makes it perfect for anyone homeschooling to get out of the house, move and connect with community and, above all, have some fun and simply BE together!

A theme will provide a lose framework for weaving together elements of play and storytelling, asana and mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, a dash of acro yoga, and each participant's own creative spirit.

Along the way, we'll release stress and anxiety, connect with our (inner) child, and strengthen body and mind.

No previous yoga experience is required and fun for all is guaranteed!

Testimonials

"My 8 year old daughter and I have absolutely loved each and every aspect of Antje’s parents and kids yoga sessions. Each class we’ve attended has had a different theme which has captured my daughter’s imagination and sense of fun but what I have loved most is the chance to share yoga with my child, connect without outside pressures and look into each other’s eyes as we play, move, dance and rest! Antje is a warm, grounded, calm and professional yogi with a true gift for teaching and holding space for families." (Emmy)

"We (myself and my little boy) have attended a couple of Antje’s workshops so far - and they are brilliant! Antje is creative and kind and makes the sessions so much fun. Both my little boy and I love going and we hope to be able to go to many more!" (Kate)

"Beautiful and relaxing yoga experience for parents and children. Antje is a wonderful instructor who creates a calm, safe, and uplifting environment and atmosphere for everyone. Attending yoga with children is wonderful and really helps create a shared bonding and relaxing experience. The kids love it and love the joy and warmth Antje brings to the whole experience. Thouroughly recommend!!" (Andrew)

The studio will be at normal room temperatures.
