🧘 Come join us for fun filled mornings of yoga stories, songs and nature craft outdoors with your kinder kid.

📖 Family Yoga is a playful blend of storytelling movements and mindfulness activities, designed to engage the imagination of your child with the active participation and support of a parent or carer.

🎵 Through simple yoga poses, creative movements, engaging songs and storytelling, everyone will be encouraged to express themselves in this relaxed and play-based approach.

🧘‍♂️ Yoga poses, partner work and breathing exercises will help your child improve their self-confidence, focus, strength and flexibility as well as nurture their mind-body awareness.

🌬️ Practising yoga, mindfulness and relaxation together will help strengthen bonds between parent/carer and child, and model the importance of health and well-being.

🎨 Each session will focus on a different theme and finishes with a themed art & craft activity to take home.

💖 Bring your friends or make some new ones in a healthy and inclusive environment where all are welcome.

☀️ Session is held outdoors with an indoor back-up at the venue when weather is not suitable.

👧 Session is specifically designed for children ages 3 - 5 with the support of a parent/carer.

🧘‍♂️ Class size of up to 10 families.

⭐ No previous yoga experience is required - just come ready in comfy clothes to move and have fun!

(Please note that this is not a drop-off session. All children must attend the session with an adult parent/carer. and be actively supervised at all times.)

Greenhills Neighbourhood House is a space shared with an occasional care program, therefore no food can be consumed in the outdoor playground area for the safety of children with food allergies.

TERM PASS (11 weeks) - 1 Child & 1 Adult = $220.00

TERM PASS (11 weeks) - 1 Additional Child/Adult = $110.00

CASUAL PASS (1 session) - 1 Child & 1 Adult = $25.00

CASUAL PASS (1 session) - 1 Additional Child/Adult = $12.50

Term Passes - If purchased after the start of the term, costs will be calculated pro rata.

Casual Passes - please select which specific dates you would like to attend when purchasing.

All participating adults and children must be registered.

Please note:

- 1 Adult can attend with 1-2 Children.

- 2 Adults can attend with 1 Child.

📍 Where: Greenhills Neighbourhood House, Community Drive, Greensborough, VIC Australia.

Session is held outdoors in the playground area at the astro turf amphitheatre under a shade sail. If the weather is too wet or windy to be outdoors, then the indoor Stage Room will be used. (See Gallery for Photos)

(When session is held outdoors, families are welcome to have free play in the gated outdoor playground for 15 minutes before and/or after the session.)

🚗 How to get there:

Via car - Ample free parking available in the onsite car park on Community Drive
Via train - Take the train to Greensborough railway station (Hurstbridge Railway Line) and then walk 18 mins
Via bus - Take bus route 514 and get off at the corner of St Helena Rd & Mountain View Rd, then walk 3 mins
Via bike - Bicycle parking facilities available on site.

💦 What to bring/wear:

Drink bottle of water
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in
Warm clothes to put on for the relaxation (10 minutes) - Jumper/Hoodie and Socks
Tie up long hair where possible
Yoga mats are provided, however, you're welcome to bring your own mat.

🌞 About Your Facilitator:

Family Yoga for Kinder Kids is led by Ting from Under the Sky Kids Yoga - a certified Kids Yoga Teacher and experienced playgroup facilitator. Ting is passionate about nurturing young bodies and minds, whilst supporting parents with strengthening family and community connections.

Term Pass Terms and Conditions:

Please provide 14 days notice in writing via e-mail to underthesky.kidsyoga@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your term pass at any time and receive a refund. Please note that there are no refunds, credits or make-up sessions for non-attendance to the weekly sessions. If you are unable to attend a specific date, you may transfer your ticket to another nominated family with at least 24 hours notice. All requests to be made in writing via e-mail to underthesky.kidsyoga@gmail.com or via the Contact Host button.

Casual Pass Terms and Conditions:

Refund requests can be made up to 14 days prior to the date of the session booked. Please note that if you are unable to attend the session booked and wished to attend a different date, you must send an e-mail to underthesky.kidsyoga@gmail.com with at least 24 hours notice prior to the original session booked. Any requests to change the date is subject to availability.

There are no refunds, credits or make-up sessions for non-attendance to the session booked if 24 hours notice was not given.

If you are unable to attend your booked session and cannot attend any other dates, you may transfer your ticket to another nominated family with at least 24 hours notice.
