Family Yoga Workshop
Event description
Join us for a gentle beginner's session of yoga and meditation during Mental Health Week. We will learn some introductory poses and enjoy some quiet time together.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, or towel for each person.
It's a great opportunity to Act, Belong and Commit by being active, engaging with others, and committing to an activity that boosts your wellbeing.
Important information:
This is a free event but booking is essential.
This workshop is for families, and all ages are welcome.
Parents/caregivers of children under 12 must remain in the library for the duration of the event.
The event may be photographed for marketing purposes and you will have the option to opt-out on the day.
This activity is part of our Mental Health Week and September School Holiday programs.
