Family Yoga Workshop 2

Yoga for the whole family!  

Create a special space for you and your child. Develop tools to connect
with your emotions, your breath, and one another. Bond through movement, lower anxiety, improve balance and flexibility. 

Facilitated by industry leaders Hello Yoga Kids, refreshments to follow.
