FamilyFit with All Folk Fitness
Event description
Family Fit is a body weight/light resistance workout for all ages, and designed for all family members to do together! Each week, we will incorporate different fitness approaches and fun fitness games that will be enjoyable for the whole family - wear clothes that are comfy to move in, and don't forget your water bottles!
Indiana from All Folk Fitness is local to the Newlands area! Along with CKF, Indiana facilitates numerous classes across the northern suburbs, as well as coaching clients with Personal Training. Indiana has a passion for fitness and helping people find the 'fit that fits' for them!
