Join us August 15th to 19th 2023 at the glorious Deerfields Campground for the 7th installment of the Famtastic Family Campout! 

4 Days and Nights of swimming, adventures, art, catching up with old friends and making new ones!

Only *40* Earlybird passes are on sale now for $160, 100 second tier will be $185 and procrastinators will be at $200. 

General Parking Pass is included with your ticket but please carpool!  Car Camping Passes are $20.  A limited number of small RVs will be permitted for a higher fee and there is space for very few full size RVs in a specified area. RVs and camper spots are primitive with NO hookups or access to grey or blackwater removal.  Please ask Gate for Parking Instructions.

There are a limited number of Scholarships, Artist and Hardship grants available if you cant afford a full price invite.  Please buy your invite if you can! If you have a cool project you want to bring and need help with making it happen please reach out ASAP!

While we are not an official "burn", and never will be, due to our Sponsored Membership system, we are growing more and more like one with each passing event. There's more Art, more Laughter and more Fun at every one! There will be an effigy on Saturday, no plans for a Sunday effigy at this point but that may change. 

We follow all of the 11 Principles including no Vending and Unconditional Gifting.  
We are Radically Inclusive in that all are welcome regardless of race, gender identity or shoe size but we insist that new members are sponsored by existing members.  This policy keeps our event safe for the kiddos and creates a loving and sweet container for all to be their best, most magical versions of themselves.  You will be asked for your Sponsor's name and email address when you purchase your invite.  
If you want to sponsor someone new, know that YOU are responsible for their behavior; if they need assistance YOU provide it, if they violate community rules, especially Consent, YOU will be asked to answer for it. Choose Wisely.  Serious Violations may result in YOU getting banned in addition to them.

Most of our events are way more than 50% Artists vs Spectators so if you want to plug in and help make the weekend Magical you are strongly encouraged to Volunteer!  This event would not be possible without the tireless efforts of our volunteers.  Famtastic Volunteers are loved and cherished! As per Tradition there will be a community PotLuck on Saturday around 6PM.  Bring something to share!  We also host brunch on Sunday at 11 and there will be a grant provided to a local catering company to provide some additional snacks throughout the weekend. You should still plan to bring everything you need to survive in the woods for 4 nights, including food, water, meds, shelter etc. Abundance is Love!

Early Entry will be on Tuesday August 29th for Team Leads and Art Projects etc. You know who you are!

General Entry will begin at 3:33 PM on Thursday August 31st. 

Waivers will be available, and must be acknowledged, when you check out on Humantix and there will be a link on the Famtastic Events FB Group page. Please print your passes or have them pre-loaded on your phone as there is no service at the Gate!
There will be NO General Admission Passes available at the gate!  Passes will be on sale, online only, until midnight Friday for all of you Procrastinators and Incubators! 

Re-Entry is strongly discouraged.  There is a new electric gate that will allow you to leave but you will NOT be able to return after the gates close.  Please do NOT park at the gate and hike in to ask to be admitted. If you arrive after gate closure you will NOT be admitted! 

Kids are a major part of what makes Famtastic so special and keeps the vibe sweet.  Kids 12 and under are FREE! Minors age 13 to 17 and Seniors over 65 are only $50 which goes straight to the landowners. If you are bringing a Minor that is not yours, you MUST get a guardianship waiver from their Parent or Guardian which will authorize you to care for and, Love Forbid, make medical choices on their behalf.
On that note, please remember this is a kid friendly event and adjust your personal public expression accordingly, especially before midnight which is curfew for Minors.

This is a Leave NO Trace Event! There will NOT be trash cans available, please Pack-it-In - Pack-it-Out!

Tuesday, August 13th and Wednesday the 14th- Early Entry for Team leads and Art Projects ONLY 

Thursday, August 15th Gate - 3:33 PM to 7:33 PM - General Admission 

Friday, August 16th Gate - 10:33 AM to 9:33 PM - General Admission

Saturday August 17th Gate - 10:33 AM to 3:33 PM - General Admission - This is the last day for General Admission, please arrive on time!

Sunday August 18th - Gate is closed! Hope you made it!

Monday August 19th 12:33 PM - Exodus! Please GTFO and take your stuff with you!  Love You's!
