Georgia Feben MPTY BExSc has been a women health physiotherapist for 6 years, educator in pelvic health and physiotherapy at Griffith University for 3 years and on the APA Women's Men's and Pelvic Health committee for 5 years.

Jennifer Jefferies ND has been a naturopath for more than 3 decades specialising in adrenal burnout and women's health.

Come along and gain valuable insights to empower yourself whether you're currently facing pelvic floor challenges or aspiring to prevent them in the future.
