FANTASIA: solo exhibit for Jessica Libor

Come out to Fantasia: a solo art exhibit for artist Jessica Libor where she will exhibit her new works.  In this collection of work, Libor shows us her inspiration from the etheric realms.  Magnificently colored cloud mountains from which waterfalls escape mix with fantastical mythical creatures like gryphons and unicorns, the spirit animals calm by a stream or soaring to the heights.  Rainbows, bodies of water, flowering vistas and flora and fauna pervade this body of work in candy-colored pastel array.  Libor is unique in her treatment of the subject matter in that she takes these fantasies seriously, realistically depicting her surreal elements within the canvas.  The work is mostly comprised of oil and gold leaf mediums as well as watercolor.

Come meet the artist for the reception from 6:30-7:30pm at the Darlington Arts Center on Saturday, October 26th.  10% of the proceeds from the artwork will be donated to Cradles to Crayons, a 4 star Philadelphia based charity that provides clothing, food and school supplies to children in poverty.
