Woooohoooo Whisky Uncovered is back baby! But wait - what is this - gin?! Now that's unexpected. Or is it?
We've been creating one of a kind, knock-ya-round-ya-chops-spirited experiences for five years now and so many of our guests have asked us: "When are you guys going to branch out into other spirits?". Well we've been testing into for it for a while, honestly... a negroni here... cheeky rum or tequila there. But always in the name of good fun.
So here we are; and picture this, if you will:
A sunny Autumn afternoon in May. Just you, 34 of your closest friends, Malt Whisky and our good mate and mascot Steggles. 5 courses of incredible gastronomic delights, and a one-of-a-kind experiential lunch.
Now - just add: the one, the only, the charismatic, inimitable Luke Sanderson. Former Glenfiddich Australia rep who has now turned his (very cool) hands to the botanic lands of gin alongside the incredible Hendrick's Australia.
Luke is no stranger to gin, cocktails and of course the whimsy that goes along with what we do.
So let's do it! Grab a ticket - throw yourself head first into this new frontier of curiosity and gin-speriments. It's going to be unusual; it's going to be delicious; and most of all, it's going to be fun. See you there!
What does my ticket buy me?
We're glad you asked. Guests will receive a welcome cocktail + delicious paired canapés, plus a sit-down, 5-course experimental gin and food degustation. We'll be throwing a few surprises in the mix of course, and this will all be wrapped up in our signature afternoon experience where you'll have to opportunity to win some fantastic take-home prizes.

About our Ambassador - Luke Sanderson (Hendrick's Gin)
No stranger to the bar and gin cocktail scene, Luke is formerly Head Bartender at The Black Pearl, Melbourne. Afterwards, he secured a role as the Glenfiddich Australia whisky ambassador where we met him and more recently has returned to one of his true passions: gin as Hendrick's Australia ambassador.
Luke has an incredible eye for detail, imaginative mind and skill on the bar tools and we can't wait to show you all what we've come up with together.
About our venue - The Green Moustache
The Green Moustache dream team is headed up in the kitchen by former Chin Chin chef Pete Fitzsimmons. Infusing Australian with International cuisine is the running style of the deliciously bold menu, with Pete’s sustainable approach to menu creation promising seasonally sourced fresh flavours are in abundance.
The drinks list is graced by botanically inspired cocktails, premium brews and top shelf liquors from Australia and abroad.
