Far Away by Caryl Churchill
Event description
"If it’s a party, why was there so much blood?"
Above Sea Level is proud to present our debut production of Far Away by Caryl Churchill, directed by Campbell Jordan and Saskia Powles!
Running for just under an hour, nothing is as it seems in the dark and absurd world of Far Away. Joan climbs out of her window in the middle of the night and witnesses terrible things, but her aunt won't answer any of her questions. The twisted society of their world devolves into an incoherent web of violence and war. But whose side is Joan on?
This performance will include flashing lights and the use of haze.
There will be captioning provided for every performance of this production.
