Event description
The Insurance Council of Australia is hosting a townhall for insurance customers affected by the severe storms and flooding in Far North Queensland in late January.
The purpose of this townhall is to provide policyholders with general information on the claims process, complaints avenues and other useful information to assist with the insurance and recovery process.

Following the session, representatives from the Insurance Council of Australia, insurers, Financial Counselling Australia (FCA), and Legal Aid Queensland will be available to assist with any follow-up questions.
To ensure we stay within venue capacity, registration is essential, and will be checked at the door.
