Calling all men and women who enjoy a chance to reflect and farewell the year that is....Our Farewell to 2024 ONLINE event will be delivered via ZOOM on Monday 16 December 2024, 10am - 11am (AEDT).

There will be a little bit of ceremony, some reflection of the year and a releasing process that promises to help you feel lighter, calmer and motivated to step through Christmas and the new year hype into 2025.

What to Bring:

Yourself! and an open heart as there will be opportunities to share
A journal and pen
Your favourite cosy cuppa, a warm blanket and a water bottle.

Expectations:

Please have Zoom downloaded - and I would love it if your video is turned on once you are on the zoom call
Be in a quiet space that you won't be disturbed because we will be going through some meditative processes - you may like to have somewhere set up that will allow you to lie down.
You will get emailed reminders a few days out from the event.
Please also ensure your phone and notifications are turned off.
The session will be recorded so if you are unable to attend you can still experience the process.
