Farm and Nature Day Camp

Come join us, the goats, the sheep, the chickens, the ducks, and all the other animals for an awesome Farm and Nature Day Camp! Our time will be split between the animals here on the farm, arts and crafts, games, and adventures in the woods and around Falls Lake.

Ages:

Preferred ages 6 to 14 (may be able to do 5 year olds. Please reach out for a visit first)

Weeks:

August 10-14 (Full Week)

**Single Day options available $50 per day**

**We will also be hosting single day Farm and Nature Adventures throughout the summer. Check out our website for details and an updated calendar as they are posted.**

Time:

Monday through Friday: 

Dropoff between 8:45am and 9:15am

Pickup between 3pm and 3:30pm

*Late pick up till 6pm available $5 per day

Cost:

$250 per week (happy to work out payment plans as needed)

Activities:

-Welcome: circle time and games

-Possible each day:  lake time, hikes, animal time, assorted activities such as animal training, goat yoga and mindfulness, survival skills, games, arts and crafts, story telling, farm projects, and gardening.

Important Info:

-We will have a focus on animals, nature, and community

-Our emphasis is on care and compassion for each other and the animals. We ask that campers choose to be calm with the animals, peaceful with each other, compassionate with everyone, and willing to find ways to get involved and support their fellow campers.

-We are always outside (shelter for when weather is poor), so campers must be ok with (or be excited about) bugs, getting dirty, animal poop (all help with scooping is optional), and crazy NC weather.

-Bathrooms: port a potties (serviced weekly) while at the farm, nature potty when out on the trails or at the lake.

-Limit of 15 to 20 campers per week.

Refund Policy: 

A month prior to each camp week, the full cost becomes non-refundable except in the case of extreme circumstances such as hospitalization, etc. We can also try to fill your spot from any waitlists, then potentially get you a refund. If you still need to cancel your week of camp, the payment can be held as a credit for you to use for any of our events, future camp weeks, or store credit with no expiration.
