Farm Dinners with Salo Salo
Event description
Farm Dinners is an outdoor pop-up dining experience at Kelmarna Gardens, inviting our favourite chefs to
celebrate the bounty of our land.
Bringing you closer to your food, Farm Dinners turns food miles into food metres.
For the first time this year, we are excited to welcome Salo Salo, a new Filipino pop-up dining experience. The team from Salo Salo will transport our guests to the Filipino archipelago, bringing their take on the traditional communal dining practice of ‘kamayan’, a celebration feast laid out on banana leaves and designed to be enjoyed with the hands.
Drawing on the seasonal harvest from the garden and the forest, the dinner will feature a large sharing course and a sweet inspired by Kelmarna's produce, both farmed and foraged, with other ingredients sourced locally and sustainably.
Tickets include a welcome garden-inspired cocktail, and a carefully created and selected drinks list will be available to complement the menu.
Tickets for this event are available in groups of 4, 6, or 10. Omnivore, pescatarian & vegetarian friendly, please contact us with any dietary requirements.

About Salo Salo:
Salo Salo, meaning "gathering", is a call to come together and share food with loved ones. A nod to the Filipino practice of communal dining, ‘kamayan’ is traditionally a festive occasion with a feast laid out and designed to be enjoyed with the hands.
Our Salo Salo evening will be a fun, tactile dining experience celebrating our Filipino food, roots, culture and unique brand of hospitality. It warms our hearts to develop a sense of trust with you all over the course of the evening as we revel in the bounty of the Ani (harvest).
