Farm to Fibre 2025
Event description
Farm to Fibre is a community workshop series using wool from Collingwood Children's Farm's sheep.
Workshops are presented in partnership by the Collingwood Branch of the Country Women’s Association of Victoria, Inc., and the Handweavers and Spinners Guild of Victoria. Generously supported by the City of Yarra.
Keep cosy over the cooler months and learn new skills from friendly and experienced hosts in a relaxed atmosphere at Collingwood Children's Farm's historic No.18 Farmhouse. Morning tea is provided by the CWA.
Please note that tickets will not be available until 2 weeks prior to each workshop, see dates below to ensure you book your chosen workshop.
Bookings are essential. Participants must be 18 and up, and each workshop is limited to 15 attendees.
Farm to Fibre workshops:
- 24 May: Intro to Knitting
- 21 June: Crochet Basics.
Attendees, please check in at CCF's Reception building before heading up to the No.18 Farmhouse for your workshop.
