Chefs Zach & JB of Bloom & Rose Farm-to-Table Dinner
Description
Join us at Crown Hill Farm for a Guest Chef Farm Dinner featuring Chefs Zach & JB of The Bloom & Rose.
This multi-course outdoor dinner will be a playful, highly elevated take on carnival and fair foods, reimagined through Zach and JB’s creative, flavor-packed approach to cooking.
The timing could not be more fitting. This dinner takes place during Eden Corn Fest weekend and just before the Erie County Fair, when Western New York is already thinking about corn, summer, fairgrounds, food stands, and the joyful nostalgia of eating something delicious outside.
Zach and JB will use that spirit as a starting point, creating a menu that nods to familiar carnival flavors while taking them somewhere more beautiful, creative, and unexpected.
Some ingredients will come from Crown Hill Farm, with others sourced from nearby farms, growers, makers, and friends.
The evening includes a guided farm tour, live music, time to enjoy the farm, and a multi-course dinner gathered around the table in one of the most abundant moments of the summer.
