This August, we’re celebrating the bounty of summer as well as the launch of The Salt Stones in paperback! To mark the occasion, please join us for a farm-to-table dinner on August 22 at 6pm. We’ll set a long table laden with gifts of the land and hear stories from Helen’s 25 years of stewarding Knoll Farm.

Our Knoll Farm chefs are preparing a multi-course meal of kebabs with our grassfed lamb, wood-fired pitas, mezze-style side dishes featuring locally sourced vegetables, freshly baked dessert, and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks—BYO alcoholic beverages.

Guests are welcome from 5:30pm onward to settle in; dinner will be served at 6pm, followed by dessert and Helen’s stories of the land at 7pm. Fires will follow dinner until 9pm.

Tickets are limited; to reserve your spot, please purchase yours by August 19th, 2026.
