Following the tour, the feast begins with fresh handmade pizzas fired by Shane Farnsworth of Yum Town, accompanied by funky jams and culinary discovery. Centered on pizzas crafted with thoughtfully sourced heritage grains and farm-fresh ingredients, this evening highlights how grain selection, sustainable agriculture, and mindful milling shape a more resilient local food system.
