Fashion Exchange Sundowner - August Fundraiser

This Fashion Exchange Sundowner will be like no other!

All proceeds from this event will go towards Tarn's MACA200 Cancer Cycle, supporting vital cancer research and patient support services.

Your ticket includes:

• Entry to the Fashion Exchange event

• Enjoy a glass of bubbles and grazing board

• One raffle ticket for your chance to win amazing prizes — including;

  • pamper packs,

  • lifestyle goodies, and more!

Additional raffle tickets will be available on the day, and we’re also welcoming raffle prize donations. If you or your business would like to contribute, we’d love to hear from you!

Event Program:

2.00pm - 3.00pm - check in your fashion items any time from 2pm. Enjoy a glass of bubbles, grazing board and stock up on raffle tickets before the exchange floor opens!

3.00pm - 5.00pm - Raffle prize draw and the exchange floor will be open. Shop and enjoy food and drinks and your new fashion items while the sun sets.

How does it work?

You can bring up to 8 excellent quality fashion items to exchange (think clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery, scarves or hats).

If you have been to a fashion exchange before you will know half of the fun is in treasure hunting. We have had sizes from 6 - 18 and all sizes are welcome. This is the perfect time to try something new and experiment. Bring an open mind and you will find some gems!

Exchange Tokens:

Bring up to 8 fashion items that will be your exchange currency. You will receive a token/s for each item you are exchanging which can then be used to 'purchase'.

Tokens will be allocated and spent as follows:

• Value* under $150 = 1 token.

• Value* $150+ = 2 tokens.

*Value to be determined by staff members pending quality and style.

What can be included:

Clothing, shoes, bags, hats and accessories which are still in great condition and high quality brands. Staff will sort items and quality control to ensure a fair exchange for all.

Check-list prior to the event:

• Are your items cleaned and free from permanent stains, holes, tears and/or anything that would make it unfit for resell?

• Are your items from an accepted brand? we do not accept fast fashion brands eg. Kmart, Target, Big W and similar brands (See our brands list for more information).

• Remember your items are your currency, think that one dress or bag you bought for a wedding but never wore? Yes!

• Underwear, sleepwear and tired gym clothes will not be accepted.
