Fast Friends (Women All Ages)

Are you new in town or just want to expand your social circle? 

Meet like-minded people who are looking to connect and make new friendships.

Fast Friends is like speed dating but for friends. This event is the perfect opportunity to meet new people, make friends or even find a friend group.

How Does It Work?

On arrival, you'll get a name tag and a ticket for your free drink. Half of the group will be seated, and the other half will rotate around the room.

Speed rounds will be short, around 5 minutes each. Don't worry too much about whether or not you're saying 'the right things' - just enjoy the process!

Once a round is done, a bell will ring and event hosts will guide one of each pair to move to the next person.

There will be time after all the rounds for mingling, where you can speak again with anyone you got on with and swap details. Take advantage of this chance to chat with more people around you and make friends who could last a lifetime!

Who will be there?

This speed event is welcoming women of all ages, and is a safe place and trans/non-binary inclusive. We kindly ask that male attendees express interest in another upcoming event.

Worried you won't make friends?

You've got this! Everyone attending is there because they are looking to meet new, so don’t overthink it.

Friendly event hosts will welcome you and help you with introductions with some of the other attendees before the rounds start. There's no need to feel nervous or worried about coming alone.
