Saturday 15th November, 9am at the Town Basin for a morning that brings two powerhouse sessions together - HIIT or PILATES, you choose your flavour, and we’ll bring the energy 💥

HIIT with Meg + JP

High-energy, fast-paced and full of teamwork! This one’s all about sweat, grit and community with both crews combining forces for one epic circuit-style workout.

After class, we’ll all come together for refreshments and hangouts because connection is what this is all about.
