Saturday 15th November, 9am at the Town Basin for a morning that brings two powerhouse sessions together - HIIT or PILATES, you choose your flavour, and we’ll bring the energy 💥

PILATES with Taylor

Expect a spicy, strength-based mat Pilates session focused on control, core stability and total body burn. BYO mats.

After class, we’ll all come together for refreshments and hangouts because connection is what this is all about.
