    Event description

Learn to make delicious Fatayer, a popular savoury pastry from the Middle East. Fadia will teach you each step of the process and by the end of the class you will have two types of fatayer to snack on, one spinach and one meat.

Fadia is a Palestinian/Syrian who has been living in Tasmania for 6 years. She loves to cook traditional Middle Eastern foods, sharing stories with people, exchanging cultural experiences and has recently launched a small mobile food business. Fadia is currently studying Individual Support at TAFE and is kept extra busy by her two young children. She really enjoys studying and learning about different cultures, perspectives and experiences.
