Wild & Wise Tribe is inviting fathers (or guardians) and sons to gather and experience the wilderness emerging within your inner nature on a two-day journey and wilderness camp, Saturday to Sunday, unplugging and connecting you with your son, with nature, and with your natural wisdom, and sharing space and building community with other men through meaningful activities.

It is a great opportunity to initiate your teenage son into men's business, focusing on aspects of your ancestry, purpose, legacy, and inner guidance. We will experience together:

Canoeing journey on Lake Cootharaba and the Noosa Everglades
Mindful Bush Walk
Wilderness Camping at the Cooloola National Park
Life Skills
Sunrise yoga
Mindfulness exercises and activities
Men's sharing circles
Men's gathering (brotherhood)
Martial arts principles
Icebreakers and energisers
Facilitated team challenges and group activities
Nature connection and mindfulness activities

Our journey starts on Saturday 28th November morning for group gathering, briefing and our first circle. We'll leave early for a canoe journey up to the Everglades, where we'll stay overnight in a wilderness camp. On the morning of Sunday the 29th, we'll head back to base. Many activities, such as yoga, mindfulness, icebreakers, and challenging courses, will be delivered during the program.

Please note:

For 12 to 17-year-old boys and their father (or adult male guardian)
BYO camping gear and snacks.
Campsite fees, canoeing hire, and meals (1 breakfast / 1 lunch / 1 dinners) are included.
A list of equipment to bring will be sent after booking
This is an event for men only, coming in pairs: one father/guardian and one son/stepson/godson
Event format and times may change depending on the weather. A minimum number of participants is necessary for the event to go ahead.
This is an alcohol- and drug-free event.
