Fatherhood & Mental Wellness: It’s Not All Dad Bods

The Vipers Run Club, based in Manly, is hosting a community event for dads across the Northern Beaches, bringing fathers together for an important conversation about fatherhood, mental health and wellbeing.

This is an incredibly important and timely conversation, and one that Vipers feels passionately about sharing beyond our own membership and wider running community. We want to see as many dads as possible in the room; new dads, current dads, seasoned dads, dads-to-be or dad curious.

We hope you’ll join us for what will be an open, practical and meaningful conversation about fatherhood and men’s wellbeing.
