Lawson Breathwork Circles - Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR)
Description
Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR) is a gentle, body-based approach that combines conscious connected breathing, supportive touch, and bodywork.
As you breathe, your facilitator follows the cues of your breath, body, and nervous system, using attuned touch and verbal guidance to support greater ease, awareness, and connection.
Each person's experience is unique. You may notice emotion, sensation, memories, imagery, or subtle shifts in awareness. There is nothing you need to achieve or force. Your role is simply to breathe and stay curious about whatever arises.
Each circle is intentionally limited to 5 participants, creating an intimate space where everyone receives individual support throughout the journey.
