Fitzroy Cooking Class - Bread Making

Bread making - Focaccia, Kalva and flat bread.

Every culture seems to have bread. and in this workshop you will tackle three varieties.

You will create your own focaccia using a selection of toppings we have on hand.

Kalva is a traditional Persian Bread, golden with a soft texture and rich traditional flavour.

Flat breads are easy and versatile so an essential part of the baking repertoire and Persian Naan is the version we will make in this workshop.

Of course bread will be enjoyed during the session and you will also be able to take some bread home, including some dough.

And you will be ready to make bread for friends and family.
