Refund policy

Conference cancellation & refund requests must be made in writing to amy@fcci.org or via the Host button below. Requests received on or before June 30, 2024 are fully refundable. If received after June 30 and by August 31, 2024 a $150 admin fee will apply. Due to financial commitments to our venue and other conference vendors, cancellations including those related to weather, health, or personal schedule cannot be refunded after August 31, 2024.
