Combatting fear and anxiety, through aerial dance!

Experiences of fear and anxiety are a common part of the human experience. As women, we too often lose ourselves to the roles we perform. Suddenly, years can go by without us stretching out of our comfort zone. Without realising it we have reduced our own experience with limiting beliefs about what we are capable of.

Enter 'Fearless First Timers': an experiential opportunity to test the boundaries of your comfort zone, limiting beliefs and come face to face with fears and anxieties that might be holding you back.

This workshop approaches the physical and mental impacts of fear and anxiety in a fun and engaging way bringing together the support of a licenced therapist with skilful coaching at Zana Aerial Dance.

Join us in a supportive space with a small group of like-minded women at the inaugural Fearless First Timers workshops.

These workshops are designed to:

build your understanding of the manifestation of fear and anxiety with licensed counsellor, Elena Obst;
provide a safe space for reflecting on your own experiences;
provide an opportunity for connection; and
provide a fun, engaging class doing something you might have never considered before. Working with the wonderful Heather and Tanya from Zana Aerial Dance who will help you connect your body and mind.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, confident, and ready to face life’s challenges with courage.
