This immersive dining experience will unfold in the stunning Bird in Hand autumn garden—recently awarded South Australian ‘Garden of the Year.’ Each course will be thoughtfully paired with our acclaimed wine portfolio, including several expressions of Chardonnay, as guided by Senior Winemaker Sarah Burvill.
