After much soul searching,💫 discussion and feedback, we’re super excited to announce that we’re delving even DEEPER into what you’ve told us we do well, so 🌬 Prana Breathwork is now our Ceremony of Breath. We love it and we think it aligns perfectly with who we are, and how we hold space for you. 🌺

Join us at Queen West Studio on Sunday mornings, as we consciously align the mind-body-spirit connection through our Breathwork Ceremony.

We have earmarked the following dates for these sessions and we'd love you to join us:

Join us as we take you through the science and the practical application of Breathwork where we invite you into the ceremony of sacred breath. Reminding you to take some time for yourself and be present with the body; allowing it to enter a deeper state of relaxation and developing a strong mind-body connection.

Through this safe and healing ceremonial session, you are invited to expand your capacity for what you are capable of, challenge your mindset and delve into deep inner healing. With tools and techniques to normalise ceremony and ritual, learn the knowledge and tools for how to bring this presence into your daily life and create lasting inner-peace and mental clarity.

All are welcome, whether you are new to breathwork or have your own practice.

Breathwork is the active form of consciously working your breath to bypass the mind and enter a different state of awareness. This is what most people seek when meditating, and breathwork takes you to that place very quickly. The practice gives the brain's executive functioning something to focus on, so you can bypass the mental level of consciousness and drop into a deeper state of consciousness, where healing, spirit, and love reside.

Breathwork helps put the brakes on acute stress responses and diverts the health problems associated with chronic stress. By eliciting the body's relaxation response, deep abdominal breathing helps reduce blood pressure.

We reccommend breathing on an empty stomach if you can manage it.

Please bring:

Yoga mat

Eye mask or something to cover eyes

Blanket - it may still be cold

Water bottle

Sunscreen & insect repellent

Wear comfy clothes

Open heart

Please don't worry if you can't bring anything as we will have spares.
