Join us in the gardens of Arakwal National Park at 25 Paterson St for a FREE Rise Disco Experience with our new Rise Disco Facilitators!

Rise Disco is an uplifting silent disco experience that unites people through play, laughter and dance. 

As the sun sets, you will be taken on a moving meditation journey with the Rise Tribe to connect deeply with yourself, others and nature.

Note this is a FREE event as it is our FIRST event run by our new Rise Disco Facilitators.
