Biodanza is a human development system where movement and music are the keys to unlocking our potential to live a more full, connected life. Biodanza can support us to feel more vital, alive and filled with the energy we need to take action and live the life we want.

We warmly invite you to rediscover your vitality and sense of aliveness in our Biodanza Foundation Series each Wednesday at 6:45 pm (doors open at 6:30). There is a free taster session on 1 February followed by a seven-week series that will help awaken your senses and energy levels. It's best done each week to build on the progressive benefits, but we understand life doesn't always make that possible. So you can purchase tickets for individual sessions or the discounted full series.

Everyone is welcome and no dance experience is required!

There are no steps to learn and nothing to get right. It is a space for you to enjoy freedom of expression, to connect to your body and be more present with yourself and others.

We start the sessions with a brief introduction followed by a facilitator guided movement class.

Things to Note

It’s a great idea to bring a water bottle and to wear comfortable layered clothing so you can stay comfortable. In Biodanza we don’t wear shoes, so please be prepared to dance barefoot or to wear nonslip socks.
