Essential Oils Experience
You’ll breathe in the most divine aromas of pure essential oils—carefully chosen to match the vibe of the session. These oils aren’t just for show; they’re here to help you release stress, clear your mind, and reconnect with your inner calm. Make your own blend to support you throughout the month.

Gong Sound Bath
Lie back, close your eyes, and let the sounds & vibrations of the gongs carry you into a state of deep rest. It’s like hitting the reset button for your soul. Stress? Gone. Energy? Restored. You’ll feel so relaxed you might not want to leave!

Cacao Ceremony: Sip on ceremonial cacao and set your intentions.
Reflection & Journaling: Guided prompts help you explore and align with the theme.
Essential Oils Journey: Connect with oils chosen to enhance your experience.
Gong Sound Bath: Deep rest, rejuvenation, and vibrational alignment.
Closing Circle: Share (if you want) or simply soak in the peace you’ve created.
