You know we do frequencies at The Wellness Community! So let's do them with sound!
Anne Jones will be coming in from Indiana, PA to support us on our healing journeys with her crystal singing bowls along with other healing sounds.
What’s a sound bath? A sound bath is a way to unwind from the stress of your day. The magical tones of the crystal bowls coincide with the main energy centers in the body, helping break up unwanted stress and tension, leaving you more calm and relaxed.

We appreciate paying in advance, but you may also pay at the door.
Please bring a yoga mat and pillow for comfort. You may bring a blanket as well to keep warm.
A journal and pen are also recommended for reflection afterward.
