for an authentic and interactive Chinese Dumpling (jiaozi) making party and some talk on Chinese New Year, with us at Bleu Duck Kitchen.

What to Expect

• Class Time 2 Hours

• Food Guidelines have various food allergens in them. Please let us know ahead of time of any food allergies and we will try our best to accommodate

• Cutting Boards, Knives, Aprons, Cooking Pans and Utensils will be provided.

Class Syllabus

• Get your hands doughy and fold some delicious and juicy pork dumplings

• Learn to cook the dumplings cooked two ways-boiled and pan fried

• Enjoy delicious sides with dumplings

• Drink something of our choice that pairs well with dumplings – TBD😊
