Join other young alumni for a casual pub dinner at a local Kirribilli Hotel. Register your interest to attend. Own cost on the night.

Saturday 10 October
- 8:50 am - 4:15 pm
Conference Day 1 - Loreto Kirribilli
Conference begins with Welcome and Keynote Address at 8:50am. Multiple parallel sessions then continue throughout the day, interspersed with painting, choir activities and meal breaks. The day concludes with an opportunity to Build a Bear with a Heart from 4:00pm. See conference program* for full breakdown of sessions and breaks throughout the day.
Loreto Federation 'Pop Up Choir' led by Lanneke Jones
Join us for a fun, relaxed celebration of singing and friendship. No experience necessary! Rehearsals will be held once or twice online, prior to Federation, and in person on the Saturday morning. Choir will then perform on Sunday. (If you are only able to attend one day of the conference you are welcome to still participate in the choir.)
Loreto Federation Painting
A Federation masterpiece will be created over the weekend by artist Shelley Wales, an abstract painter and Kirribilli ex-student. Shelley will guide conference attendees in making their mark on what will be a truly collaborative work of art and joy. The finished painting will be auctioned at the Dinner with proceeds going to Mary Ward International Australia.

Conference Dinner - Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron
Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron, 33 Peel Street Kirribilli, NSW 2061. The squadron is only a few minutes walk from Loreto.
Sunday 11 October
- 9:00 am - 2:15 pm
Conference Day 2 - Loreto Kirribilli
Commences at 9:00am with Mass in the Kirribilli chapel followed by morning tea, Keynote Address, lunch and parallel sessions continuing until early afternoon. The inspiring and energetic "Perfect Pitch" finale will close the event at 2.15pm.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM will provide full schedule and all details regarding speakers, sessions, topics and timing. Available April/May.
ACCOMMODATION is available at Mary MacKillop Place (preferred venue) and local hotels, all within walking distance or short drive to Loreto. Full details available with Registration or on request.

PLEASE NOTE - all conference activities apart from the spirituality walks on Friday, are located in Kirribilli.
Sponsor a youth/student
Provide sponsorship to attend Federation
Sponsorship of a youth/student costs $200 and can be added to your registration. This will enable a young person aged 25yrs and under to attend the full conference, including cocktail party and conference dinner. As sponsorships are provided, they will in turn be allocated to the next young person to apply. If you wish to support a young person known to you - such as a friend, granddaughter or niece - you may simply purchase a Youth ticket in their name for the same price ($200). We are extremely grateful for the generosity of our community in supporting young alumni to attend Federation.
Apply for sponsorship to attend Federation
If you are aged 25yrs or under and wish to attend Federation, you have the option of applying for a Youth Sponsorship, whereby another member of the Loreto community will generously cover the cost of your attendance. Alternatively, if you can afford the reduced price of a Youth ticket ($200), you may purchase this outright. Sponsorships will be allocated in order of application, so get yours in now by clicking BOOK HERE.
