This will be a world first of its kind, whereby you will experience the magic of Biodanza led by master facilitator Agnes Cofino and then combine it with the neuro-physical relaxation and rejuvinative qualities of Sauna Collectives authentic wood fired Saunas and revitalizing ice baths. This experience in our opinionion could be one of the most mentally, physically and emotionally recalobrative experiences you could choose to explore. The Sauna and Ice Session will go for 60 minutes. Comprized of 3 x 15 minute rounds in the sauna & 2 rounds in the ice bath.

You might find yourself dancing solo, in pairs, or as part of a group, each experience offering its own unique joys and insights. With each movement, you'll have the opportunity to connect with yourself and those around you in meaningful ways, fostering a sense of unity and vitality.

In our introductory classes, we focus on rediscovering the joy of movement, especially since many people initially feel a bit tense or unsure about dancing. Whether you're dancing solo, with the whole group, in pairs, or in small groups, everything happens in a supportive environment where feedback is key—so if it doesn't feel good, you don't do it!
