Feel Good Sundaze at The Cauliflower Hotel is bringing together live jazz, fresh haircuts, beauty, great drinks and even better company for a relaxed Sunday afternoon with purpose.
Join us from 2pm–4pm for an afternoon of community, connection and good vibes. Enjoy live jazz by Mojito Joe, grab a drink, have some fab food and settle in with friends, and treat yourself to a fresh haircut or beauty service while supporting a great cause.
This event is proudly presented by the Feel Good Project, alongside the talented team from Esstudio and a collective of volunteer hair and beauty professionals who are donating their time to help create positive change in our community.
Every haircut, beauty service and donation helps fund Feel Good Project's outreach programs, providing free hair and beauty services to people experiencing hardship across Sydney.
Come for the music, stay for the atmosphere, leave feeling good, knowing you've helped someone else do the same.

Aleks Abadia is the Founder of Feel Good Project, a community initiative grounded in dignity, connection, and the transformative power of feeling good. Alongside this work, Aleks has built a respected career behind the scenes in film and television, creating transformative hair looks through colour and character styling. From crafting signature styles for lead roles to seamlessly returning actors to their everyday selves, his technical precision and creative instinct have made him a trusted name in the screen industry. In 2011, he opened Esstudio Galleria in the backstreets of Chippendale, where he continues to lead as Creative Director — known for trend-setting transformations, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to building confidence in every client.
Jax - Director - Beauty and Makeup Artist -
Jax is a beauty therapist and makeup artist known for her soft, effortless approach to enhancing natural beauty. She specialises in glowing skin, tailored brow shaping, lash extensions, and results-driven skincare rituals that prioritise long-term wellness over quick fixes. As Co-founder of Esstudio Galleria and the Feel Good Project, Jax brings a feel good, do good philosophy to everything she does. Whether in the salon or out in the community, she is passionate about nurturing confidence, encouraging self-worth, and delivering beauty services to those who need them most. For Jax, beauty is more than a service — it’s a way to connect, uplift, and care.
Jodie - Hair Styist
Jodie has just joined our team with Feel good and we love her! Years of experience hairdressing in London and Sydney. She's been working in the community cutting hair for 8 years with various charities and has travelled far and wide doing this work including traveling to Cambodia in 2025 teaching hairdressing skills to others. She loves all hair!!!especially short hair and vivid colours.
