The days have started to get longer and we are coming out of winter. May this event mark for you an ending of the darkness that winter brings and a stepping back into the light to feel your bliss. We focus so much on healing but the purpose of healing isn't to be healed, it's to be able to feel more joy, bliss and happiness in your everyday life.

Our intention with Feel the Bliss ceremony is to tap into exactly that; the bliss, happiness, joy and gratitude for our lives as the days get longer. To celebrate all the magic that we are and the beautiful blissful life we get to live. That you are worthy of this bliss and you are worthy of living the life that you desire.

What's included in this event:

The two main elements of this event are the Cacao Ceremony and Breathwork Journey where there is more information about those below. There will also be time for intention setting, reflection, meditation journey and connection.

Cacao Ceremony
We will open the space with a Cacao Ceremony. Cacao is an ancient plant medicine that allows you to open your heart and access higher levels of love, intuition, joy and bliss. Cacao is also bursting with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, boosts your mood, clears your mind and provides an increase in energy. Within our ceremony we use Mumma Cacao to drop into our hearts and bodies in readiness for our Breathwork Journey. Our Cacao comes from the beautiful Mumma Bali and the Cacao we will make on the day will be with Coconut Milk and Maple Syrup.

Breathwork Journey
We will lead you through a transformative breathwork journey, helping you access gratitude, bliss, and love.
Using conscious connected breathing, you will breathe deeply and continuously through your mouth without pauses. This technique helps release what no longer serves you, deepens your self-awareness, raises your vibrations and helps you tap into your higher self. You will be left feeling in complete bliss, gratitude and joy not only for the experience but for your life as a whole 🤍

Meet your facilitators:

Bec
Bec is a well established a Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Energy Healer and Crystal Chakra Healer within the Surfcoast area living with her wonderful husband and their two beautiful daughters. Her loving radiance will make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. She is the owner and creator behind Luna Muse where she helps support people on their spiritual journeys and supplies gorgeous crystals and cleansing tools - which you will be able to purchase on the day of our event!

Harmony
Otherwise known as the one and only Cacao Mumma! If you have met Harmony before you will definitely know her caring, loving and uplifting energy that turns any day into a bright one. Harmony founded Cacao Mumma in 2020 at a time when she knew Cacao was needed most on the Surfcoast - to raise the vibration and pour love into the hearts of the amazing souls that live here. Over four years later Cacao Mumma is a very loved and well known Cacao to the area. Harmony lives on the Surfcoast with her gorgeous two daughters and is the most amazing space holder, you will love feeling her warmth and radiance at this event.

Alexandra
Torquay born and bred, Alexandra is now calling the Surfcoast home once again after a few years of travel around Australia living in places like Byron Bay, Gold Coast and South Aus. Alexandra is sunshine in human form and has been on her own big journeys with so much personal and spiritual growth having happened through her travels the past few years. She is a Certified Cacao Ceremony Facilitator and runs and supports many Cacao/Breathwork events all around Australia.
