Feeling Fabulous is a seven-session program which essentially is about self-esteem and self-confidence. It was developed after it was established that many vulnerable people do not have the skills to be assertive, lack self-confidence and in many cases are afraid to say no so they feel they are taken advantage of. Feeling Fabulous is interactive, encouraging participants to share and contribute. The goal is to bring about some positive changes for each participant to give them confidence and help prepare them to tackle new ventures such as commencing study, joining a club, attend interviews in the work-place.

Catering: Afternoon tea will be provided
